| The ideological and political theory course is the main channel to carry out ideological and political education in southern Xinjiang colleges and universities,and the key course to carry out the fundamental task of moral education and human development.In recent years,the Party and the state have attached great importance to the development of ideological and political theory courses,and introduced relevant policies and measures to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses,one of the purposes of which is to promote college students’ sense of gain from learning ideological and political theory courses.Attaching importance to the improvement of students’ sense of gain in ideological and political theory course is the concrete embodiment of the people-oriented development concept of ideological and political theory course,and also an important measure to train college students in southern Xinjiang to become new people in the era of all-round development.Improving college students’ sense of acquisition of ideological and political theory courses in southern Xinjiang is conducive to enhancing the political leading value of colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang in the cultivation of talents,to the implementation of the task of moral cultivation and the realization of value goals,and to promoting the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang to keep pace with the times.The sense of gain in ideological and political theory course learning mainly refers to the sense of gain in knowledge,thought,behavior and value orientation of college students in southern Xinjiang.At present,college students in southern Xinjiang have a sense of gaining ideological and political theory courses,which is mainly manifested in the obvious enhancement of political identity,steady improvement of ideological behavior,and improvement of theoretical level.However,there are also problems of unbalanced development and stability,which are specifically reflected in that some students’ enthusiasm for ideological and political courses needs to be strengthened,the textbook content of ideological and political courses is broad and the class hours are limited,the theoretical and practical courses are not closely combined,and the comprehensive quality of some ideological and political courses teachers needs to be improved.In this paper,from four aspects of promoting students’ ideological enhancement,ensuring students’ learning effect,strengthening students’ behavior formation,and shaping students’ main value,this paper puts forward measures to improve students’ sense of gain from ideological and political course learning in universities in southern Xinjiang.Specifically,ideological and political courses in colleges and universities of southern Xinjiang should promote the teaching innovation of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities of southern Xinjiang.The teaching content should be closely related to the practical needs of college students in southern Xinjiang,the teaching method should be adapted to the relationship between teaching and learning in colleges and universities of southern Xinjiang,and the teaching language should be close to the thinking mode of college students in southern Xinjiang.Strengthen the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang,forge political literacy,adhere to moral education,enhance the ability of education;Attach importance to the grasp of the object of education,so that the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang has pertinence,times and diversity;Adhering to the educational concept of education as the core,we should carry out education mobilization,integrate education resources and improve education mechanism.The above measures can effectively improve the ideological and political theory course learning sense of college students in southern Xinjiang. |
