With the continuous advancement of the comprehensive rule of law,the role of campus rule of law culture construction in primary and secondary school students 'ideological and political education has become more and more prominent.How to further deepen the construction of campus rule of law culture,cultivate students to establish the concept of rule of law from an early age,and adopt appropriate methods to resolve disputes in daily life,we need to think and unremitting efforts.Although our campus rule of law culture construction has achieved certain results,but there are still some problems,we need to solve and improve.This study selected A city,B city,and C city as sample areas.With questionnaire surveys as the main method and interview survey as the supplementary method,the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the rule of law culture in primary and secondary schools were investigated and analyzed by sample survey.According to the survey data,the reasons for the existing problems in the construction of the rule of law culture on campus were discussed.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Primary and secondary school students do not have a high level of legal cognition;(2)The content of the construction of the rule of law culture in primary and secondary schools is single and the carrier is not rich enough;(3)The construction mechanism of the rule of law culture in primary and secondary schools is not perfect;(4)Imperfect systems for the relief of the rights of primary and secondary school students.The reasons for this phenomenon are manifold.Based on the analysis of relevant data,this study believes that the rule of law culture in primary and secondary schools should be built from a holistic perspective,and that the concept of Li Deshu and people-oriented education should be truly implemented in terms of education concepts,and the "threecombinations" should be achieved.That is,the combination of rule of law and rule of law,the combination of rule of law education and ideological and moral education,and the combination of explicit rule of law education and hidden rule of law education.In terms of the construction mechanism,schools,teachers,parents,the government,and the society,including students themselves,should be fully mobilized in the subjective initiative in the publicity and education of the rule of law,and different construction mechanisms should be proposed for the concepts,systems,and behaviors of different social subjects.In terms of educational carriers,we can scientifically construct the system of building the rule of law culture in primary and secondary schools in terms of institutional construction,curriculum construction,characteristic construction,thematic education,and social practice.We will vigorously carry out activities to publicize students 'participation in the formulation,revision and implementation of the rules of school activities,so as to enhance students' awareness of the rule of law,enjoy their rights correctly,and actively fulfill their legal obligations.In terms of management,we can give appropriate policy preference to less developed areas where financial capacity is weak,and it is necessary to increase investment in teachers,funds,hardware and facilities,so as to create a fair educational environment and promote the coordinated development of the rule of law culture in primary and secondary schools.We will expand the need for building a culture of law in primary and secondary schools.
