Study On The Construction Of The Rule Of Law Culture In Higher Vocational Colleges

The construction of the rule of law in higher vocational colleges as an important partof culture is an important guarantee for the harmonious development of higher vocationalcolleges and strong support. Studying on the construction of law civiliaztion in highervocational colleges plays an important role in accurately grasping the scientificconnotation of the rule of law culture, researching the methods of building the rule of lawculture, forming the results of law culture construction theory has a certain theoreticaldepth and practical significance and pushing the process of rule of law in highervocational colleges.Based on a large amount of relevant information and research on iterature, firstly,defines the connotation of culture, the culture of the rule of law, the rule of law culture ofhigher vocational colleges, and the basis of the construction of rule of law civilization inhigher vocational colleges. Secondly, discuss the construction of the rule of law culture inhigher vocational colleges at the present situation according to the questionnaire of theactual situation of law civilizaiton in Zhangjiakou Vocational and Technical College.Finally, put forward specific measures on the construction of the rule of law culture inhigher vocational colleges.The construction of the rule of law culture in higher vocational colleges shouldproceed in four aspects:(1)Establishing the idea of rule of law in higher vocationalcolleges. The survey results show that the authority of law hasn’t been completely set up,therefore, we should establish a people-oriented concept of the rule of law to evokeemotion of rule of law in higher vocational people and strengthen the spread function oflegal concept.(2)Improving the legal quality of vocational people. Make full use of theeffective means to improve the rights, human rights consciousness; change the traditionallegal mode, improve vocational people’s moral quality and depth of participating in therule of law.(3)Improving the environment of developing the higher vocational colleges’rule of law culture. And strengthen the institutional managers’ law consciousness;accelerate the pace of democratic construction; improve institutue’s innovative system and mechanism.(4)Constructing of the culture of law and guarantee of work organizationand leadership. Strengthen organizational leadership and establish policy research anddevelopment planning office; strengthen the team construction and ensure theconstruction funds.
