Teaching objectives have a guiding function for classroom teaching and evaluation.The new curriculum reform has gradually deepened,and the curriculum objectives have changed from "three-dimensional goals" to "core literacy goals." How to break down the core literacy of abstract disciplines into specific teaching goals is a problem that needs to be studied and solved.This research uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and interview method to carry out research work on the design of core literacy teaching objectives in high school biology.Through questionnaires and case studies,the main problems in the current core literacy teaching objectives of the general high school biology teachers are: 1.The understanding of the core literacy of biology is not deep enough;2.The awareness of the importance and connotation of classroom teaching objectives is insufficient;3.The analysis of the design basis of the core literacy goals of the discipline is not comprehensive and not accurate enough;4.The form and content of the core literacy goals of the discipline are not standardized.This study refers to the relevant literature on the design of the core literacy teaching objectives,studies the biological curriculum standards and interviews the biology experts,and preliminarily establishes the evaluation items,indicators and criteria for the design of the core literacy objectives of the disciplines,and finally proposes “the teaching of the core literacy of high school biology target design" evaluation criteria.Based on this,the design idea of the core literacy teaching objectives of the discipline is established,the flow chart of the design of the teaching objectives under the core literacy of the high school biology discipline is set up,and the design case of the core literacy teaching objectives based on the theme of “photosynthesis” is developed.The specific process is: to analyze the basis of the target design around the “subject core literacy”;to refine the goal according to the gradient from the whole chapter to the section to the class teaching goal,and to clarify the main points of the class and its cognitive level;to determine the cognitive verbs and integrate cognitive content and conditional statement objectives;to conduct self-evaluation,peer evaluation and expert evaluation of the case by using the above evaluation criteria and obtain excellent evaluation results.Based on the above work,the author concludes that the principles that should be followed in the design of the core objectives of the discipline include the principle of the nature of life,the principle of integration,the principle of practice,the principle of higher order and the principle of integrity.Furthermore,aiming to the main problems that existing in the teaching objectives of the core literacy of the general high school biology teachers,the corresponding solutions are proposed: the core literacy learning strategy,the target design basis analysis strategy,the target content carrier refinement strategy and the core literacy of the discipline target statement strategy.This study shows that the design case of core literacy teaching objectives based on evaluation criteria has substantial value for the design of the core literacy teaching objectives and the evaluation disciplines of ordinary high school biology teachers as reference.It is of great significance to implement the core literacy of the discipline and meet the needs of the new curriculum reform.
