As compulsory course,ideological politics bears the responsibility and mission of a discipline.In view of the special national conditions of socialism and the needs of the all-round development of contemporary middle school students,experts and scholars in china's education sector have gradually established the core competence of ideological and political discipline,political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law and public participation through continuous theoretical research and practical exploration.How to carry out effective education work around the core competence of ideological and political discipline has become one of the important topics discussed by high school ideological and political teacher.The teaching objective is the first step to teaching design.It runs through the whole education and teaching activities.Teaching objective is the key link to guide the orderly development of classroom teaching.However,in teaching practice,teachers often neglect the design of teaching objectives,which leads to different types of problems in all aspects of teaching objectives design.This paper takes the 2017 edition of ordinary high school ideological and political discipline curriculum standards as the benchmark,takes the textbook “political life” as the carrier,through analysis of the existing problems of high school “political life” teaching objectives,and then solve the problems,in order to provide reference for teacher to design teaching objectives under the background of discipline core competence.This paper is divided into four parts,The first part is divided into four aspects:the concept definition,theoretical basis,the textbook analysis,the relationship between the three-dimensional goal and thediscipline core competence.The second part through the questionnaire and case analysis,starting from the perspective of discipline core competence analysis of the the current situation of high school political life teaching objectives,found that discipline core competence attaches great importance to the school and teachers,but in the specific teaching practice,teachers did not fully understand the connotation of the discipline core competence,the degree of emphasis and connotation of teaching objectives are not enough,the content and presentation of the teaching objectives are not standard.The third part puts forward the design strategy of teaching objective under the perspective of discipline core competence from four aspects:establishing the teaching objective,detailing the teaching objective,stating the teaching objective and reflecting on the teaching objective.The fourth part is the case development,from the design and implementation of the teaching objective,the design and implementation of the teaching process,after class homework feedback in three aspects to show the case.
