Research On The Social Services Of The Public Sports Venues After The Game In Tianjin

Public sports venues refer to the public social stadium and gymnasium, which are built by government funds or by other means to raise funds, in order to meet the needs of sports training and competition, college teaching,the masses fitness and entertainment. It is the basic material condition to realize our goals of national sports development. Currently the public sports venues managed by the sports bureau are built for holding the sports event. After the game due to the government and related departments unclear responsibilities, lack of development and utilization of venues and other reasons, resulting in the use of social services to reduce, so that the stadium caused great waste.Through analysis of the basic construction of Tianjin public stadiums, the present situation of management and operation of the status quo, and the SWOT analysis of the experience of Tianjin Olympic Center Stadium in the social services after the game, the paper proposed the problems of stadiums in the social services, the government responsibility, the venue staff, service standard and so on after the competition. And the analysis of the causes rose for the problems. Finally, the paper put forward seven basic recommendations to improve the management and operation of public sports venues, such as clear government departments at the helm role, improve social service standards system, rich function of social services, etc. At the same time, the author also hopes to cause people’s concern and attention of public sports venues in Tianjin, to make more contribution to the rapid development of public sports service in Tianjin city.
