The Study On Outsourcing Of Higher Vocational Colleges Logistics Service

Over the years,China's higher vocational education has developed rapidly,its scale has been continuously expanded,and colleges' infrastructure has been continuously improved,but the original logistics services cannot meet the development of education and teaching in higher vocational college.How to improve the quality of logistics services in higher vocational college has become an important challenge for higher vocational college.This paper takes the logistics service outsourcing of F Higher Vocational College as an example,using literature analysis,specific case analysis,questionnaire survey and other research methods to analyze F Higher Vocational College's situation,whose logistics service outsourcing has achieved the following results: improving the service and meet the students and teaching staff's satisfaction,reducing the operating cost,improving the core competitiveness and reducing the employment risk of the school logistics service.However,in the process of operation,F Higher Vocational College has some problems,such as the contradictions between the non-profit nature of college and the profit-seeking nature of outsourcing companies;the internal management system of the outsourcing company is not sound and the position responsibilities are not clear,the personnel quality of service outsourcing is poor,lacking professional management team and other problems.In this paper,the service outsourcing theory and transaction cost theory are used to analyze the causes of the existing problems,and it is found that the service concept of higher vocational college is in conflict with outsourcer,the system of management department is not perfect,and the position responsibility is not clear enough;outsourcing companies lack the thinking to improve their core competitiveness are the main reason for these problems.In order to further improve the logistics service outsourcing in higher vocational college,which need to further clarify the goal and direction of logistics service outsourcing in higher vocational college,strengthen the internal management of logistics groups,and continue todeepen the logistics socialization reform,through the job market selection and employment to improve the core competitiveness.
