Research On The Problems And Counter Measures For Th E Accounting Services Company In Vocational Colleges

With the development of economic globalization, a large number of accounting service outsourcing (outsourcing Financial Accounting, FAO) have appeared in the enterprises of our country since 2000 in order to allocate resources effectively. Particularly in the Pearl River Delta,, enterprises concentrate on limited resources and power through their accounting service outsourcing to reduce time cost. Engaged in their own professional field, they can make full use of resources as well as their own core strengths, which is of great importance to the improvement of enterprise performance.The small and medium enterprises need to recruit practical accounting staff rather than new college graduates. In order to adapt to the environment of social development, the accounting professional education in higher vocational colleges has made a lot of efforts in teaching materials, teaching staff construction, training base construction, school enterprise cooperation and so on in recent years.Taking the practice in TS Finance company founded in Guangdong L Higher Vocational Colleges as example, this paper demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of SME accounting service demand of the company’s founder in the higher vocational colleges, combined with the status of research on Accounting Service Outsourcing in small and medium-sized enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region and the accounting employment survey of higher vocational college graduates. Finally, the higher vocational colleges founded the Service Corporation’s business accounting proposed amoeba management mode. In my opinion, higher vocational colleges develop teaching practice for small and medium-sized enterprises accounting service by founding accounting service company as an innovative talents training mode, that is, double model of school and enterprise system.The building of platform for accounting teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges can not only benefit both small and medium-sized enterprise accounting service outsourcing development and the school accounting personnel training,but also promote the rapid development of the new mode of enterprise personnel training and work-integrated learning.This paper mainly uses the macro environment analysis method, theoretical analysis method, literature method and comparative method etc. According to the ideas of proposing the problem, analyzing problem and solving problem, the mode of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region accounting service outsourcing and higher vocational colleges accounting professional training education were studied on the basis of domestic and foreign references and extensive survey. Through the study, it puts forward the problems and countermeasures of accounting Service Corporation founded in higher vocational colleges.
