Graduation practice as a key process in vocational training, facing many problems in practice, which seriously affecting the quality of graduation practice. Based on this, the paper presents an innovative vocational college graduation practice mode-based human resources outsourcing graduation practice model which more from a business perspective, using corporate human resources outsourcing model, and the superiority of various educational resources, educational environment, practical skills, the actual work environment among schools, business and industry, establishing an effective, innovative school-enterprise cooperation practice mode between teaching activities and the actual production, between schools and businesses, between industry and education.Paper based on HR outsourcing graduation practice mode connotation and theory, comparative the difference between enterprise applications and school applications, summed up the problems of combination. Secondly, based on the current status of vocational colleges graduation practice, summed up the existing problems from government, businesses, schools, students four levels, and summarized its trend. Again, from both theoretical and practical aspects, analyzed the feasibility of combining vocational college graduation practice and human resources outsourcing, and selected four current practice case in vocational college graduate which had a prototype of human resources outsourcing practice mode. They are school-enterprise cooperation in enterprise-based, teacher-based, school-based as well as third-party contracting agency based practice model. And analyzed as well as compared their practice and results, summed up their similarities and differences as well as challenges for the future. Finally, according to the school-enterprise cooperation internship model construction principles, combined with the successful experience of four models, proposed the building framework and objectives, building institutions, operating mechanism, evaluation mechanism, model types, and proposed the smooth implementation of the outsourcing practice security mechanisms and security conditions, thus ensuring the effectiveness of building practice mode and targeted.
