The independent college is a new mode of running higher education that meets the growing demand for higher education.With the reform of the country's higher education system continuing,independent colleges face new opportunities for development.Separated from the "mother school",it was transformed into a private college that is truly self-sponsored.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and important to formulate a scientific and reasonable performance salary assessment system.Based on the research of related theories and scholars,this paper takes the School of Urban Construction of Anhui University of Architecture as an example,and combines the characteristics of independent colleges to carry out the detailed analysis of the existing performance salary system of the School of Urban Construction of Anhui University of Architecture.Based on the strategic development goal of the college,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance-based wage reform,and points out that the private independent colleges face insufficient problems in the performance-based wage reform,such as insufficient understanding of performance-based wage reform,lack of management tools,and large financial pressure.Due to the short history of independent colleges and the lack of experience in running schools,under the pressure of "self-financing",independent colleges urgently need to adopt some reform measures to improve the efficiency of running schools and the quality of running schools to maintain the development of the college.Performance salary reform is one of the important means to mobilize the enthusiasm of faculty and staff,improve the efficiency and quality of faculty and work,and maintain the stable development of the college.In the process of promoting performance-based wage reform,it is necessary to raise the awareness and recognition of faculty and staff on performance-based wage reform.Performance-based wage reform must be practical and provide necessary policies and financial guarantees.The paper combines the experience of performance-based wage reform in foreign private colleges and universities,and tries to put forward some suggestions for the performance-based wage reform of the School of Urban Construction of Anhui University of Architecture,which provides a reference for deepening the reform of performance wage.
