At present,in the context of economic transformation,professional degree education adapts to the needs of national construction,and has trained a group of high-level,applied-oriented professional talents.As the number of students enrolled and the scale of training continue to expand,local colleges and universities seize the opportunity to actively develop professional degree education and improve the level of running schools.In order to understand the status quo of professional master's degree training in local universities,the study takes students' ability as the starting point,and builds a capacity-oriented training system based on professional ability,practical ability,innovative ability and theoretical accomplishment,and determines the evaluation index.Secondly,select the training program of the engineering masters of six local universities in Anhui Province for text analysis and some professional masters to carry out questionnaire survey,combined with evaluation indicators and empirical findings,to understand the implementation of the training system,to explore the influencing factors,and to improve the professional degree education of local universities.make a suggest for improvement.The research finds that the training objectives of local colleges and universities focus on the improvement of professional ability,practical ability and theoretical literacy;the training method adopts the "double tutor" system,which explicitly requires practical teaching;the content of training is diversified;the evaluation and evaluation pay attention to the applicability of the thesis.The results of the questionnaire survey indicate that the professional degree has high degree of recognition;it is satisfied with the theoretical course;and the participation in the industry is highly motivated.However,there are also some problems:First,the training target has low attention to professional ability and innovation ability,and students have misunderstandings about professional degree;second,cultivate content bias theory,industry practice curriculum credit ratio is low;third,cultivate The difference between the method and academic degree graduates is small,students have short practice opportunities,few channels,and lack of effective guidance from outside tutors.Fourth,in the evaluation evaluation system,the growth of students' ability is not obvious and the innovation and practicality in thesis writing are low.The empirical results of the influencing factors show that the school teaching factor has the most significant growth in student ability;it is highly recognized that professional degrees have a positive impact on capacity growthIn order to promote the professional master's training system to be more perfect,and to train a group of high-level,applied-type professionals,local colleges and universities should establish a capacity-oriented training system that is school-led,enterprise-linked,and school-based.First,the school's training objectives should be aligned with industry needs and establish a capacity development framework.Second.set up modular,applied course content.Once again,we are good at leveraging enterprises,building a school-enterprise cooperation platform,and strengthening the"double tutor system" by strengthening the construction of tutors and project research.Finally,it is necessary to establish an evaluation system based on the ability assessment,optimize the cultivation environment,and improve the training system.
