Problems And Countermeasures In The Cultivation Of Full-time Professional Degree Master Of Local Universities In Western China

Professional degree education aims to cultivate talents with specific occupation background, is an important part of graduate education system, has been approved to set up 40 professional master degrees. In 2013 Ministry of Education issued western higher education revitalization plan(2012- 2020), required to guide the research of university professional degree graduate education in western development from the scale of development to enhance the quality, show that there are many problems in the professional degree education quality of local universities in the West. In view of this, based on the several opinions as the guideline, through questionnaires and interviews, grasp the local colleges and universities full-time professional degree education development status of the western region from the Competence Based Education perspective, and find out the existing problems, to explore the reason analysis and solve problems the countermeasures and suggestions.The paper is mainly composed of five parts. The first part and the fifth part are the introduction and the conclusion. The introduction part mainly discusses the question, research significance, research ideas, research methods, defining the concept of domestic and international research present situation. Epilogue describes the research summary and shortage. The Second, third, and the fourth parts are the main body of the study. The second part is research design and analysis of the survey results. The third part is from the state, society, school, individual four aspects problem attribution analysis. The fourth part is some constructive measures are put forward in view of the existing problems.This study found that regional college professional degree education has shown a good trend, social identity has improved, but still can not fully meet the social demand. There are the following problems: implementation of training target of weakening; the lack of dual qualified teachers; curriculum is not reasonable; practice teaching implementation is not in place; graduation thesis quality is not high; the employment service system is not perfect.Aiming at this problem, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: National perfect full-time professional degree system construction, to give policy and capital support, encourage the characteristic development of local colleges and universities; the second is social enterprise sector in the cultivation of professional master, collaborative academic organization, the association and other specialized agencies in joint research; the third is to improve the top-level design of the school, science and the development of training programs, on the strengthening of the construction of double qualified teachers team set up reasonable curriculum, strengthen practice teaching, pay attention to improve the application value of graduation thesis, we will improve the employment services system; the fourth is to graduate person be clear positioning, enhance the consciousness of reflection and innovation.
