Studies On The Interventional Way Of Social Work To Promote The Old People Participation In The Community Self-government

With the emergence of social transformation, the society appear many problems. The purpose of this paper is focused on two issues:the aging population, and the community autonomy. I attempt to explore ways and means of development for social work to enhance and promote the participation of older persons in community autonomy in the process of attachment. The significance of this paper is not only conforms to the concept of the social work, helping people to help themselves, but also to make communities improve their building, at same time, it provides suggestions and programs for the elderly, community, the development of social work and social stability.In the internship, the author combines the advantage of perspective from the sociological theory, theory of social integration, community care theory and network support theory, observation, analysis and research on relevant case internship. The author divided the cases carried out into three methods of work is case, groups and communities with the assistance of the community, which are commonly used in the social work. Because of that the service object was mainly the elderly, and taken that the clients are not well educated, ability, physical and other objective factors, into account. So I selected the case study research methods, combined with the observation, interview and literature method and so on, and in the end of late I visited and evaluated the service objects. And found viable solution and method to the elderly participation in community autonomy. Combination of this analysis, the author analysised and raised recommendations to the elderly, community and future development of social work from three angles, namely, the social worker’s point of view, the perspective of community residents and the social angle.I draw a map by foot in the community, accessed some relevant domestic and foreign literatures, found that there is no research from the perspective of social work on the participation of older persons in community autonomy amony the existing data. So under the guidance of instructors, I find the problems in the existing community participation of older persons’autonomy from angles of the elderly to participate in community autonomy and social work and community autonomy in the papers, After reviewing them, I designed appropriate research methods and ideas.In the practice, the author use the professional knowledge of advantage perspective theory, social integration, community care theory and network support theory. Observation, analysis, research in the related cases when in the practice. With the community help, divided the cases into the common social work methods:individual cases, the group and the community. To consider the service for the old people who don’t have the high degree, strong body and other factors. So choose the individual cases is the main methods and use the observation, interviews, literature and so on. And visit and evaluate the old people in the end of the activities. Find the feasible solution and methods of the old people participate in community self-government. Combined with analysis, the author put forward the suggestion to the old people, community and the future develop of social work. And give the analysis in the three angles:social worker, community residents and society.From the structure of the writing of this article, this article is divided into four parts:the first part is the Introduction, include the main talk about the origin, the survey of existing literature and the study design. The main method is the literature method; second part is the status of the existing community autonomy of the elderly, in addition to the literature method, and by observation and visiting in the usual practice. On this basis, understand the status of the community and the existing problems and a brief analysis of induction. The third part is that from the perspective of the community and the elderly; I analyze the reasons which affected the participation of older persons autonomy, the fourth part is field work combine with theories, in which analysised three cases, two group activities and a community activities indetails. When their activities were being carried out, I found problems and in the fourth part, I made the proposals and countermeasures analysis, and tried to explore the ways and channels of social work intervention.The paper find out that our country have lots of problems in the old people participate in the community self-government. For instance, the participation of old people are not enough, not have enough money of the community is the lack of funds to built platform, the superiors who carried out the activities is not the elderly required, and so on. At the same time it also demonstrated that there is a great space for development of the old people participate in the community self-government. There is a great need for social work, social work has its own characteristics, the use of social work methods not only to find that older people’s own potential, but also can be without any political color to integrate the resources of residents, community and government to play its own function, I explore the social workers own living space and make the society more stable and more harmony.
