In today’s society,the Internet is developing at a high speed,and all walks of life and networks have different levels of intersection.The education field has gradually begun to integrate with the network.Under the background of big data and cloud technology,the network courses of various disciplines have flourished and developed.And the innovative reform concept has played a major impact on the traditional aerobics teaching mode.The teaching concept is stale,the teacher strength is insufficient,the "one-to-many" and "single" teaching mode will not satisfy people’s desire for knowledge.With the entry of“MOOC” into China,this new teaching mode has played an important role in expanding the scale of education,improving the quality of education,cultivating innovative talents,and realizing the diversification and individualization of education.From 2013 to now,the education academic community has carried out a lot of research on the MOOC,involving a wide range of subject areas,and has made progress;through literature research,it is believed that the current colleges and universities in China are in the stage of rapid development,but the construction of the classroom in the field of sports and its The research is still insufficient,the research results are few,and the related research on the practical application of the MOOC is not deep enough.The sports subject is a discipline that integrates technical courses and subject courses.Under the prevalence of MOOCs,we should seize this unprecedented opportunity to introduce MOOCs into aerobics teaching and promote aerobics teaching reform through aerobics.The construction of MOOC can make up for the shortage of physical education resources,realize the maximum sharing of information and equipment resources,make the open sharing of aerobics education resources become reality,improve the teaching quality of physical education curriculum,and be beneficial to aerobics teaching.Reform and promote the development of its information education.In this paper,through the methods of documentation,logical analysis,network survey and interview,the author analyses the development of the course and the current situation of the traditional teaching process of Aerobics at home and abroad,and designs a set of specific aerobics course based on the seven elements of the teaching process(teaching objectives,teaching tasks,teaching content,teaching environment,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and teaching feedback).The teaching plan in the teaching process promotes the innovation of traditional education,complements and promotes each other with traditional education,and creates more learning and exploring space for students,so as to contribute a little to the construction of Aerobics Course in Colleges and universities.Through the design of the teaching process of aerobics course and the investigation of Aerobics Course in the later period,the author draws the following conclusions:1.MOOC is an emerging educational model that greatly promotes the reform of physical education.2.The aerobics class designed by the author got the affirmation of most learners after going online.3.The aerobics MOOC is in the initial stage of development,the aerobics course of the MOOC platform is relatively less.4.Aerobics MOOC development prospects are good.
