Teaching Design Of Primary Oral Chinese Course In Thai Chinese School Based On Scaffolding Instruction

Thai Chinese School is the abbreviation of Thai Chinese Civil School.It has a large number of Chinese courses and numberous Chinese teachers.It is an important part of Thai Chinese teaching.I found that the overall teaching form of Chinese schools in Thailand is similar to that in China.Teachers often dominate the classroom.The old teaching materials and dull teaching modes are the undercurrents of the thriving Thai Chinese teaching.I believes that in order to attract students' attention and guide them to open their mouths,correct teaching methods are needed in the teaching of Oral Chinese in Thai Chinese schools.Scaffolding instruction emphasizes the teaching principle of "student-centered,teacher-led".In the teaching of Oral Chinese class in Thai Chinese schools,Using Scaffolding instruction can help students construct the knowledge framework of Oral Chinese independently,practise Oral Chinese effectively,and stimulate students' internal motivation to learn Oral Chinese.In order to make the Scaffolding instruction be effectively applied in the primary oral Chinese class of Thai Chinese schools,I carries on the thorough analysis to the Thai Chinese schools?the Scaffolding instruction and lementary oral classes,and demonstrates the feasibility and applicability of the Scaffolding instruction in Thai Chinese schools starts from the theoretical level.Subsequently,I use the Oral Chineseteaching material "Speech",which is commonly used in Chinese schools in Thailand,to design the oral Chinese class for the third and sixth grades.finally,I uses practice to test the design results of oral teaching based on Scaffolding instruction and summarize the conclusions.I hope it can provide some new ideas and references for the future teaching of Oral Chinese in Thai Chinese schools.
