It is not uncommon to use stratified teaching as a teaching mode.The teaching concept of the new curriculum standard is people-oriented and respects the development of students' personality,emphasizing that teaching should respect individual differences while facing the whole.In the classroom teaching of art in primary schools,teachers not only pay attention to the knowledge and painting skills brought to students by art class,but also pay attention to students' spiritual world!Researchers are paying more and more attention to the importance of individualized development of elementary school students.Because of its disciplinary characteristics,the art class cannot use the intuitive data such as grades and scores to divide the students' levels.According to students' interests,potential abilities,their own needs,and other aspects of the division may allow students to more actively participate in the classroom.The author through to the related concept,the development history of the layered teaching is analyzed in combination with the authors own teaching experience and teaching environment for teaching experiment,the author choose the author teaching in school grade three groups of students as the subjects,three months after the trial period,through the study of the interviews,observation of the subjects and the analysis of the experimental object works method such as the experimental conclusions.The experimental results show that the subjects' interest,attitude and creative ability in art learning have been significantly improved.This experiment may not be applicable to other schools due to its specific experimental objectives,short experimental time and impact on the normal teaching order during the experiment.There are still many problems in the experiment that need to be improved and supplemented in the future teaching.
