In the background of kindergarten curriculum reform,puppet art as a local resource into the kindergarten curriculum began to attract the attention of scholars,but the current research on kindergarten puppet education is relatively small.This study selected kindergartens for puppet education as research subjects,went deep into kindergartens,conducted field trips,learned about the actual practice of puppet education in the kindergarten,and tapped useful experiences in the puppetry education practice process,and ultimately provided the traditional art education for kindergartens.Reference.This study selected a certain kindergarten in Quanzhou City and used the observation method,interview method,case analysis method,text analysis method and other research methods to present the practice status of kindergarten puppet education.The study finds that kindergartens develop puppet education plans from the four aspects of target positioning,content selection,curriculum development,and time schedule;use of environmental creation,teaching activities,game activities,and daily life activities to implement puppet education;and comprehensive use of multiple Ways to evaluate teachers and young children.In addition,this study is based on the factual data of the interviews,and explores in depth the useful experience and deficiencies in kindergarten puppetry education practice.At present,the development of kindergarten traditional art education is increasingly valued.Therefore,based on the reflection of the practice of kindergarten puppet education,this study proposes three suggestions for the development of traditional art education in the current kindergarten.First,content selection and curriculum development are prerequisites for kindergartens to carry out traditional art education;secondly,they attach importance to environmental creation and game activities;and thirdly,they attach importance to the evaluation of teachers and young children.
