Study On Employment And Career Planning For Preschool Education Students In Applied Colleges And Universities

Preschool education is the starting point for lifelong learning and is an important part of national education system.In recent years,various policies have been put in place from the central government to the local government to promote the development of preschool education,and all over the world have started to set up preschool education major of vocational,higher vocational and undergraduate level for the purpose of cultivating preschool teachers.The preschool educational graduates also face an unprecedented prospects of good employment.However,nowadays there are more contradictory phenomena in society,on the one hand,with the rapid development of preschool education,there is a great demand for preschool education teachers in society,on the other hand,preschool education students are willing to become preschool teachers gradually decease after graduation.Even some graduates have resigned after being selected as public kindergarten teachers.The reason is that there are some objective factors such as the social status and unsatisfactory economic treatment of preschool teachers.There also some subjective factors such as preschool education students who have not set up relatively strong professional thoughts and correct values,and lack solid professional theoretical foundation and professional skills.Through deep investigation and research,the author found one of the main reasons for this phenomenon is that preschool education students lack a good career plan during their studies,fail to regulate their study and life with the goal of a "qualified kindergarten teacher".To do this,the author mainly took PT College for an example to study the employment and career panning of preschool education students in applied colleges and universities,analyze the employment status and preschool education professional students career planning status,expound the importance of career planning and guide preschool education professional students to develop suitable career planning.In the study,the author used the literature method,investigation method and case study method,etc.On the basis of a thorough investigation of the students of PT college,the effectiveness measures of students career planning of preschool education professional were put forward from three aspects,which is from exerting the subjectivity of the students career planning,perfecting the system of career planning education,opening up social career planning support channels.Let preschool education students take control of the work,life and destiny firmly grasp in their own hands.
