According to the latest data from the Ministry of Education,the number of the College graduates will reach more than 8 million in 2018,the number of graduates is increasing year by year,while the social demand is growing slowly,the contradiction between supply and demand in the market is prominent.The major of electronic information is a key industry in the 13 th Five-Year Plan of our country,and the demand of the society is increasing obviously,the national education policy and strategy point out the direction for the development of higher vocational education,also brings the opportunity and the challenge: the opportunity,which from the rapid development of the electronic information industry,the derivation new post demand,the knowledge type,the skill type,the innovation talented person will become a new force in the enterprise development;the challenge,which from the unobvious employment core competitiveness of the higher vocational students and the recognition of vocational education in society is still not high.To promote the core competitiveness of students' employment,enhance the connotation of the school construction,change the prejudice of the general public towards vocational education,is an important issue facing higher vocational colleges,but also an urgent problem to be solved in the reform of vocational education.Therefore,a hot topic in the field of education,which from the employment situation of vocational college students is still followed closely.This article adopts the literature method,investigation method,questionnaire survey method and data analysis method to carry on the research.Through literature review,we can understand the relevant national policies on vocational education and learn from the achievements of previous research on the core competitiveness of employment,so that this study can be innovative on the basis of inheriting previous studies,combined with ethnic minority areas,electronic information industry,higher vocational students and other special areas to study the core competitiveness of employment of college students.From the angle of theory,combining the theory of human capital,the theory of demand and the theory of career development to study the employment core competence of higher vocational students,this research pays more attention to the promoting effect of human development on economic development from the angle of human nature,it is a kind of typical research to the student individual,studies the student employment core competitive power raise pattern,consummates the student employment core competitive power management system,it is of great significance to cultivate the core competence of electronic information students from higher vocational colleges in Guangxi.From the practical perspective,this study combined with the work problems encountered by the author in the employment guidance,designed a questionnaire,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 350 graduates of electronic information from four higher vocational colleges in Guangxi and 35 enterprises that employed students of electronic information from the class of 2013 to 2018 and 50 teachers of electronic information from A College.The data were processed with Excel electronic form.Using SPSS19.0 software to analyze the original data,through describing the statistical method,it is preliminarily concluded that the overall evaluation of the employment core competence of higher vocational students in electronic information category is low,mainly reflected in the unscientific concept of employment,the overall professional ability is not prominent,the overall level of professional literacy is low,the overall level of physical and mental quality is weak;through chi-square test,it is concluded that there are significant differences in the core competence of employment among different categories of electronic information students in higher vocational colleges.Combined with the characteristics of higher vocational students of electronic information,this paper analyzes the reasons for the low evaluation of the core competitiveness of employment,and according to the characteristics of Guangxi region and vocational education,it puts forward that the promotion of employment core competence of higher vocational students of electronic information is related to the training mode of talents,the social support system,the efforts of students themselves,through constructing the "three in one" management platform,perfecting the "three all education" training mode and carrying out the "one and two wings" promotion mode,the employment core competitiveness of higher vocational students of electronic information can be improved in many forms.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Based on the previous research results,the connotation and constituent elements of employment core competence of vocational college students are summarized and sorted out.The employment core competitiveness of higher vocational education graduates majoring in electronic information,through in-school training and their own efforts,Have good professional ethics,life attitude,work attitude,behavior standards and sustainable development ability,in the professional post can surpass oneself,surpass others,finally can realize the ability of starting a business and innovating.And this ability has the post occupation,the specialized technical,the practical characteristic,it by chooses the profession idea,the IT profession accomplishment,the body and mind quality,the profession ability four big essential factors.2.In addition to the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges,social cognitive concept which will affect the employment core competitiveness of higher vocational students of electronic information,and the characteristics of higher vocational students themselves will also affect the overall evaluation of employment core competitiveness,especially for different types of vocational students,there are significant differences in the overall evaluation of employment core competitiveness due to the type of graduates,gender,school,experience as student cadres and other factors.3.According to the characteristics of vocational students of electronic information,combined with professional characteristics,measures to enhance the core competitiveness of employment are put forward from different levels.From the society level,construct the three party management platform of schools,enterprises and society,and strengthen the credit management of electronic information industry,improve staff training mode,deepen the university-enterprise cooperation mode.From the school level,to "three education"(full education,all-round education,to carry out the whole process of educating)project to enhance the model: the integration of production and education "education mode,"individualized "practice mode,"Internet plus "precise guidance mode,occupation education mode,subtle innovation of moral education mode and optimize employment means Guide and service.From the individual level of the students,with the "one and two wings"(career planning as the guidance,professional skills competition as the main,social practice as a supplement),many ways to improve the core competitiveness of their employment.The topic of this study is a research based on the problems encountered in the actual work.Through the research,we can further understand the current situation of the employment core competitiveness of higher vocational students,sort out some problems in the work,through the excavation of the reasons,combined with the actual situation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the employment core competitiveness of higher vocational students.The promotion of employment core competitiveness of higher vocational students not only improves the phenomenon of "having a job,difficult to have a job",but also enhances the social recognition of the vocational college students,which is more conducive to the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges.
