The secondary vocational school students are in the changeable period of physical and mental development,and also in the transitory stage from school to society,so,their mental health issues are getting a lot of attention.Starting from the perspective of life events and perceived social support,this paper analyzes the current situation of life events and perceived social support of secondary vocational school students,analyzes the relationship between them,and puts forward suggestions on developing the healthy personality of secondary vocational students in order to improve the quality of the mental health quality of the secondary vocational school students,this study adopts the questionnaire method to investigate 955 students in a secondary vocational school of Fuzhou,records and processes the data through SPSS 19.0 statistical software,studies the status of life events and the perception of social support,and its correlation.The following conclusions are draw:1.There was no significant difference between gender and age in the life events of secondary vocational students,and the relationship factors and loss factors of life events were significantly different in age.Individuals under the age of 18 had significantly higher levels of stress than those between 18 and 25 years of age.There is no significant difference between gender and age in the perception of social support.2.There is a significant negative correlation between the life events of secondary vocational students and the perception of social support,which means that the higher the social support,the lower the stress of life.3.Secondary vocational students' perception of social support can foresee the life events.The secondary vocational students who have high perception of the social support have less stress amount of life events.
