Psychological rotation and spatial visualization are important dimensions for measuring spatial ability and are an important part of human spatial ability. They are also a topic of concern in the field of social spatial cognition. In the middle school stage,it is a golden period to improve the space ability, but the researchers' middle school students have weak spatial ability, and the training intensity and effective improvement methods are insufficient. This leads to obstacles in students' learning about spatial geometry.Based on this research,we will try to improve the ability of psychological rotation and spatial visualization through the virtual LEGO curriculum from the development stage of psychological rotation ability and spatial visualization ability and its plasticity and conduct a semester study in two middle schools in Shanghai. The quasi-experimental single-group pre-test method was used to analyze the influence of virtual LEGO on students' mental rotation and spatial visualization ability. The course was supplemented by interview students' evaluation of the course. After one semester of study and training, the results show that students have a high evaluation of the virtual LEGO curriculum. In addition, the results of the two classes indicate that the students' scores in mental rotation and spatial visualization are improved. However, only the psychological rotation of a school student the ability has been significantly improved. This study will provide future virtual LEGO curriculum instruction as a reference and an increase in the ability of students to improve their space capabilities.
