The curriculum is the most important "software" in the school education system.The goal and value of education are carried out with the curriculum as the axis.However,with the development of the times,curriculums will inevitably be changed to achieve the purpose of education serving the society,and teachers' curriculum execution ability is the key to the effective implementation of curriculum reform objectives.Under the background of the new curriculum and under the impetus of economic globalization,the Outline of National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Planning clearly points out that we should carry out multilevel and wide-ranging educational exchanges and cooperation,improve the level of internationalization of our education,draw lessons from advanced international educational concepts and experience,promote our country's reform and development,and enhance the international status and our educational influence,strength and competitiveness.Integrated Project Curriculum(IPC),as an interdisciplinary and cross-cultural project-based learning course,students are taught to use interdisciplinary learning methods to explore real life problems according to different themes.Compared with other courses,the development of this new curriculum is a great challenge.During the implementation of IPC in Shanghai S School,through a series of effective measures,the IPC has been changed from a new curriculum to a school characteristic curriculum.During this period,the characteristic measures of school curriculum management have been condensed,so that the Sino-foreign cooperative teaching mode can take root,and Chinese and foreign teachers have become a common learning body of integration of Chinese and Western.Through two rounds of action research on implementing IPC curriculum in 2016 and 2017 school years the co-teaching curriculum execution can be converted into two stages: supporting curriculum execution and promoting curriculum execution.The first round of action research is the stage of supporting curriculum execution.By analyzing the current situation of IPC execution in the school year of 2015,the first round of action research is carried out in the school year of 2016,and the core issues supporting curriculum execution are put forward.Through developing lesson preparation tools,optimizing the environment of curriculum execution,and monitoring classroom teaching,Chinese and foreign teachers are helped to carry out the curriculum,focusing on process guidance and letting Chinese and foreign teachers carry out the curriculum execution so that they learn to implement the curriculum in a cooperative way.The second round of action research is based on the results of the first round of action research.The core issue is how to promote curriculum execution.In the school year of 2017,the curriculum department carried out targeted measures to expand the scope of cooperative teaching between Chinese and foreign teachers and refined the experience of curriculum execution.On the basis of the two rounds of action research,this paper carries out the conclusion analysis of action research,refines the effective strategies to enhance the curriculum execution ability of Chinese and foreign teachers' cooperative teaching,and perfects the research strategy of the trinity of execution subject,execution object and execution environment,and looks forward to the research.Based on the practice of curriculum management,the whole research combines theory with practice,guides by problems,adjusts by reflection,and continuously improves the effective strategies of improving curriculum execution in the action cycle.The process of action research is cyclical and spiral.Each round of action research includes problem analysis,plan implementation,action effectiveness and research reflection.Starting from the IPC management of case schools,this study analyzed the process of two rounds of action research,summarized the effective management methods of improving curriculum execution in cooperative teaching between Chinese and foreign teachers from three aspects: executing subject,executing object and executing environment,refined the new curriculum and new teachers' new management methods,in order to cultivate teachers' quality,improve curriculum execution,and create an integrated and open campus text.The ecology of classroom teaching has been improved.This study provides enlightenment and reference for other schools to carry out the curriculum practice of cooperative teaching between Chinese and foreign teachers.
