In the National Plan for the Implementation of Vocational Education Reform issued by the State Council on January 24,2019,it is stated that "under the guidance of Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,vocational education should be placed in a more prominent position in the innovation of educational reform and economic and social development.".The state has given great attention to vocational education,but the current form of vocational education development is not very good.As the enrollment scale of high schools expands year by year,the students of secondary vocational education face severe challenges.The monitoring and guarantee of teaching quality in secondary vocational schools is the need for deepening teaching reform,Improving teaching quality and improving the quality of talent training.Effective monitoring of teaching quality and safeguard measures can improve the teaching management model,correct errors in the teaching process,promote the realization of teaching objectives,thereby improving teaching quality,improving student quality,and promoting the sustainable development of secondary vocational schools.Based on the status quo of the secondary vocational schools,existing problems and solutions,this article combines the actual situation of the Hengshui XX School through the questionnaires,telephone surveys and other methods to conduct research on the Hengshui XX School,and carries out comprehensive quality teaching in secondary vocational schools.The management conducted in-depth discussion and put forward corresponding suggestions for the construction of Hengshui XX School's Total Quality Teaching Management System: First,establish a new concept of service quality,in the establishment of service awareness,clear service targets,improved service levels,and improved service quality;Second,create a campus quality culture atmosphere and build an atmosphere of full participation;Third,pay attention to the construction of teaching quality team,the enhancement of quality awareness,the implementation of incentive management,the construction of teaching teams,etc.Fourthly,strengthen the quality control of the whole process,improve the quality control organization,improve,strengthen,etc.Fifth,strengthen the quality control throughout the entire process,establish a diversified evaluation system,evaluation criteria,methodsand feedback mechanisms.
