Vocational education has been placed in an unprecedented strategic height since the 18 th CPC National Congress.Especially the 2014 National Vocational Education Conference starts the development of modern vocational education.It is improving and perfecting the security system of modern vocational education.The new and modern vocational education school system is gradually established.But endogenous dynamic of some vocational schools is still inadequate,the connotation needs to be strengthened,the quality of talent training is not optimistic.The personnel training quality of secondary vocational education is directly related to realize the transformation from a country in human resources to one with powerful human resources,a large manufacturing country to a manufacturing power,human dividend to talent bonuses.Therefore,it's imperative to set up personnel training quality monitoring and evaluation system of secondary vocational education.Based on secondary vocational education in Jiangxi province as an example,this paper mainly adopts the literature method,research method,comparison method and the combination of qualitative and quantitative method.First of all,it defines the conception of the personnel training quality monitoring system,sustainable development,the quality standard research and the stakeholder theory and so on.Then it analyzes the talent training quality monitoring indicators of the secondary vocational school,constructs the secondary vocational school talent training quality evaluation model,then feedback the evaluation results to relevant departments,finally it brings forward the reasonable suggestions of improving the quality of personnel training.
