In recent years,as the policy of the development of secondary vocational schools has changed from scale to connotation and society has improved its requirement of talent training quality of vocational schools,an increasing number of secondary vocational schools have recognized that talent training quality is the lifeline for school survival and development,and that teaching quality is the core and foundation of talent training quality.To improve teaching quality,we need to explore,both theoretically and practically,how to build a fully-participating,monitored,efficient and interactive teaching quality monitoring system in information technology environment,which should be combined with information technology,and capable of continuous improvement.Based on comprehensive quality management,PDCA quality control and systematic theory,this paper analyzes the target,organization,policy information collection and feedback,and supervision of teaching quality monitoring.On the basis of combination of guidance and objectivity,systematicness and openness,it discusses how to build and run the subsystems of teaching quality monitoring system,including organization,target,information,and supervision system of teaching quality monitoring system. |
