| The development of logistics specialty is closely related to the development of regional economy.Kunming,as the capital city of Yunnan Province,has welcomed new opportunities with the operation of the “Western Development Strategy”and “the belt and road initiative Construction”.However,compared with the eastern coastal areas,there are still many problems,such as difficulty in professional enrollment,backward curriculum concept,simple training equipment and poor internship effect,which all affect the training quality of logistics professionals.Post practice is the central link in the development of logistics major in secondary vocational schools,and its quality directly determines the degree of realization of talent training objectives.Therefore,it is essential to strengthen the monitoring of post practice quality.Based on Marxist practical epistemology,post analysis theory and functional control theory,this paper is based on the current situation of post practice for students majoring in logistics service and management in four secondary vocational schools in Kunming city.According to the investigation of the demand for personnel and post ability in the logistics industry,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the on-the-job practice of logistics major students,and through constructing the quality monitoring dimension of on-the-job practice,from the perspective of functional control,puts forward the relevant countermeasures for schools and teachers to improve the quality of on-the-job practice.The survey found that the current four secondary vocational schools in Kunming logistics major students in the post internship quality mainly have problems such as inadequate theoretical knowledge learning,post skills have not been comprehensively and significantly improved,and students’ professional qualities have not yet formed.The reason for this is closely related to the weak consciousness of the post-holding practice,the unstable cooperation between the school and the enterprise,the unconnected courses between the school and the post-holding practice,and the loose management of the post-holding practice.Therefore,based on the perspective of functional control,schoolsand teachers should first strengthen the pre-monitoring of on-the-job practice,establish a long-term and stable school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,and make on-the-job practice plan.Secondly,we should strengthen the monitoring of the internship process,clarify the internship objectives,guide the content of the internship,strengthen the supervision of the internship and build an internship network platform.Finally,we should perfect the post-practice monitoring,strengthen the practice summary,improve the practice evaluation and establish the practice feedback mechanism. |
