In recent years, with the rapid development of China's higher vocational education,teaching quality of higher vocational education has produced a series of problems,which calls concern about personnel training of high vocational education from government, society, industries and universities. Training the high quality of applied and skilled talents person is the basic task of modern higher vocational education, and teaching quality, especially the quality of practice teaching decides the quality of talents education. In 2016, Chinese ministry of education released a "notice about establishing the vocational schools' teaching diagnosis and improving working system.", which identifies the need to build guarantee system for inner quality of normalization, diagnose for sustainability and improve the working system for colleges. Diagnosis is means and improvement is purpose. After the diagnosis, the college's inner quality guarantee system is needed to ensure the realization of the improvement. However, majority of domestic vocational colleges now lack of right inner quality guarantee system, which requires more construction and perfection.Based on it, with the application of the quality management PDCA cycle, it is necessary and applicable to construct monitoring system of practical teaching quality which fits practical teaching traits of higher vocational education.In this context, this essay takes ZhongHua Vocational College for example. In the essay, the author applies the quality management PDCA cycle to research improvement of practical teaching quality's monitoring system. Firstly,the essay briefly introduces the research background and significance, and states the great significance for the quality management PDCA cycle to construct higher vocational colleges' teaching quality monitoring system. Then, it elaborates the experience of PDCA cycle' teaching quality monitoring system form different domestic colleges.Based on all these, this paper takes ZhongHua Vocational College of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics for example, analyses the current monitoring system of teaching quality, finds out the main problems in practical teaching monitoring system, and finally to improve the monitoring system of practical teaching quality of this college by using PDCA recycling theory.This essay includes five parts.The first part is introduction. This part is composed of research background and significance, relative research situation from domestic and foreign countries, literature review, research clues and structure and prospective results.The second part is about the quality management PDCA cycle and the analysis of practical application.This part mainly makes corresponding introduction about the basic connotation,main characteristics and the procedure of the quality management PDCA cycle, and makes analysis of practical teaching, quality of vocational education, teaching quality monitoring system, which provides theoretical basis for search. By learning the experience of using the quality management PDCA cycle to constructing the teaching monitoring system from Changjiang Vocational College and Guilin Institute of Tourism, the author proposes the necessity and feasibility of applying the quality management PDCA cycle in monitoring teaching quality.The third part analyses the current situation and problems of practical teaching monitoring in Zhonghua Vocational College. This chapter makes analysis about organization structure, responsibility taking and practical teaching quality's standard of monitoring system of practical teaching in Zhonghua Vocational College. Five problems haven been found in the current monitoring system of practical teaching in Zhonghua Vocational College. The five problems are following: lacking of Systematic of monitoring system of practical teaching; lacking of standard of measuring;The forth part applies the quality management PDCA cycle to perfect monitoring system of practical teaching quality in Zhonghua Vocational College, which is composed of four branches: planning system, implementation system, checking system and management system. And these four branches are respectively echoed with the plan, implementation, checking, and management in PDCA system. In order to make better research, the author uses the monitoring system of practical teaching into the course called ERP Table Simulation and Management. Based on the teaching of the course, the author finds the problems: the content of practice teaching is not clear enough; the elements of teaching pertinence are not strong; the teaching schedule is unreasonable; training process monitoring is not in place. By revising the application of the monitoring system of practical teaching, students can better understand the practical rules at the beginning, and it's easier to control the practice steps for teachers. Moreover,the problems about financial statements affecting study progress, students from different majors sharing the same study plan and coming problems can be solved in the next round of practice.The fifth part is about conclusion and expectation. By using the quality management PDCA cycle to gradually improve the monitoring system of practical teaching quality in Zhonghua Vocational College, the college's monitoring system of practical teaching quality can better control the teaching quality. It improves the completeness of the monitoring system, ensures the diversity of monitoring systems and enhances the automatic effective of the monitoring system.
