Research On Coaches' Teaching Ability And Countermeasure In The Characteristic School Of Football In Primary Schools Of Hebei Province

Coaches' teaching ability affects the individual athletes and the competitive level of the whole team,and the coaches play an important role in an excellent sports team.This research takes the teaching ability of football coaches in Hebei primary school campus football characteristic school as the research object.By using the methods of literature,Delphi,questionnaire,data statistics,logic analysis and other scientific research methods,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the football coaches of the primary school football characteristic schools in Hebei province at present.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the index of coaching ability of football coaches in characteristic schools of primary schools in Hebei Province,a first-level index is established as coaching ability after two rounds of Delphi method.Five second-level indexes are professional accomplishment,teaching and training ability,competition guidance and command ability,scientific management ability of training team,scientific research and innovation ability.The three-level indicators include the sense of responsibility and mission,training task and schedule ability,on-the-spot technical and tactical arrangement and application ability of 51.(2)The problems existing in the teaching process of football coaches in Hebei primary school include that the salary is not improved effectively,the attention to the campus football team in our school is not high,and the football coaches are generally low.(3)There are few football leagues in the characteristic football schools of primary school in Hebei Province.Because of the limitation on the training of athletes,the training effect of coaches in each cycle can not be tested effectively,and the level of teaching and training is stagnant.(4)By building a multi-channel platform for coach communication,more coaches can communicate and learn in a variety of ways,constantly develop new training methods and means,enrich their own skills,and improve the training effect.
