The large number of graduate students in local universities has become an important position to improve the quality of postgraduate education in China.As the instructor of the first responsible person for postgraduate training,the overall quality level will directly affect the quality of postgraduate training.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to promote the construction of the evaluation system of the master's tutors in local universities.Based on the reference and reference of the existing literature,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of local college master's tutors from the four dimensions of tutor basic quality,teaching work,guidance situation and scientific research results on the basis of expert interviews.Then according to the constructed index system,the evaluation and evaluation of the current master's tutors of Hebei J University are analyzed from the four aspects of subject,process,content and results.After analysis,it is found that there are four main problems: First,the subject of assessment and evaluation is single.The top-down single-line evaluation subject makes the results of the evaluation and evaluation lack objectiveness.Second,the evaluation and evaluation work is repeated and cumbersome,and a lot of human and material resources are wasted.Third,the assessment content and the systematic evaluation theory are not unified,and the neglect of the tutor is seriously ignored.The assessment of postgraduate training;Fourth,the assessment results are contrary to the developmental teacher evaluation theory,and lack of incentives and development for master's tutors.According to the established evaluation index system and the status quo and existing problems of the evaluation of the master students of Hebei J University in local universities,the countermeasures for perfecting the evaluation system of local master's tutors are proposed systematically from four aspects: First,establish diversified The subject of assessment and evaluation,the self-evaluation of the tutor,the evaluation of the postgraduate,the evaluation between the peers and the evaluation of the competent department are included in the evaluation system of the master tutor,and the performance of the master tutor is evaluated from multiple perspectives;the second is to formulate a reasonable assessment.Content,based on the development goals of colleges and universities,attach importance to the assessment of the basic qualities of the tutors,strengthen the assessment of tutors on postgraduate training,and at the same time assess the evaluation content and take into account the teaching and scientific research work;third,optimize the process of assessment and evaluation,and establish an online assessment system.The establishment of an assessment and inspection team,the implementation of the assessment and appeal mechanism and other measures to ensure the smooth progress of the assessment;the fourth is to enrich the application of assessment results,give full play to the incentive role of evaluation,create opportunities for evaluation and promote the continuous optimization of the evaluation system.
