In this study, using of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and experimental method, the force from the traditional training on the basis of 9 to 10-year-old golfer to join the core pillar of strength training content, and explore the core pillar strength training coordination and core stability affect the ability of 9 to 10-year-old golfer, through empirical research, reveal the effects of strength training on the core column Junior Golf Players’ Physical Fitness and special abilities.
