To enhance the professional quality of teachers is the key to promote the effective implementation of curriculum reform.In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire,open interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,social network analysis as the main research methods,explore the school teacher studio room based on the relationship between enhancing the professional quality of teachers and school-based activities and primary school,to explore the effective way to enhance the professional quality of primary school teachers.The study found that the school-based teacher studio room school-based activities can promote the professional quality of primary school teachers,but the content should be consistent with the current needs of teachers,to design teaching activities from the perspective of teachers' teaching practice to solve the problem of content;at the same time,should adopt the "guided" activities "to discussion","do not need too much spare time by Teng teacher" and "self-study activities" do not need to participate in the form of teachers.
