In recent years,there have been frequent incidents of bullying on campus in China,and the number of bullying incidents in primary schools has remained high.Campus bullying has gradually become the “number one killer” affecting the mental health and normal learning life of primary school students.Bullying in primary school schools is mainly a special offensive behavior that occurs between primary school students,which is unbalanced,concealed and persistent.This behavior can lead to many negative emotional emotions of depressed primary school students who are depressed,truant and tired of learning,and even more serious self-mutilation.Bullying in primary school campus will not only seriously affect the primary school students' academic performance,but also have a direct impact on the healthy development of primary school students.Based on the research on the theory of campus bullying,combined with the field research of Harbin H Elementary School,this paper comprehensively uses the literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey method to study the family structure,gender and pair of H primary school students.The research on bullying behavior and the type of bullying have been researched and analyzed.The reasons for bullying behavior in primary school schools have been explored.The characteristics of bullying in primary school campuses have been summarized.At the same time,bullying behaviors in primary school schools have been proposed at school,family and society.The countermeasures that can be taken are for reference.The aim is to let more people understand the current situation of bullying behavior in primary schools in China,and to reduce and prevent the occurrence of bullying in primary school campuses.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the problem,the purpose and significance of the research,the research methods,the definition of related concepts,the theoretical basis of the research,and the current research status at home and abroad.The second part is mainly the investigation part.The questionnaires and interviews were conducted to investigate the teachers and students of Harbin H Elementary School,and the results of the research were analyzed in detail.In the third part,the author carefully analyzes the causes of bullying behavior in primary school campuses,and elaborates on the impact of campus bullying on students,schools,families and society.The fourth part is the recommended countermeasures section.From the four aspects of students,schools,families and society,we propose suggestions and countermeasures to reduce bullying behavior from different aspects and different perspectives.
