With the development of The Times and the progress of the society, the idea of people-oriented and moral cultivation has increasingly become the value orientation of the society. The school should be a sunshine zone for students to gain knowledge and gain growth, and students should be given the most basic security. However,in recent years, various incidents of school violence and bullying have been exposed on the Internet media. The problems of school safety and healthy growth of students are really worrying.Primary school bullying is mainly manifested in physical aggression, verbal aggression, relationship bullying and cyberbullying.Taking a rural primary school in C city, yantai city as an example, this paper conducts a survey and research on primary school campus behavior by means of questionnaire survey and interview. The content of the survey mainly involves the overall situation of senior grade school bullying in rural primary schools, students' cognition of bullying behavior, schools' and parents' attitude towards and prevention of school bullying,as well as the analysis of related factors of school bullying. The survey found that students and teachers do not have a deep understanding of bullying behavior, schools have a weak awareness of bullying prevention and control, and onlookers often choose to do nothing when bullying occurs. Moreover,"escape culture" is significantly correlated with school bullying, which is mainly reflected in poor class life experience, frequent truancy, poor student performance, and parents' migrant work.According to the survey results, from the perspective of "escape culture",the students' aggressive escape, namely the increase of school bullying behavior,is aggravated by the unsound social legal system, the lack of inclusive education in schools, the absence of supervision in rural families and the passive attitude of bystanders. In view of the above reasons, this paper proposes the corresponding anti-school bullying strategies for senior students in rural primary schools from the perspective of "escape culture" from the four aspects of society, school, family and students themselves.First, improve the legal system and create a good environment for growth.Including the promotion of national legislative process,to really have the law to rely on.Strengthen social and cultural prevention and control, control social culture of violence;Second, schools should build inclusive education to avoid and escaperisks.Including the implementation of educational goals inclusive, flexible education competition.Teachers and students to care for the link between teachers and students to promote effective communication.Respect the diverse development of students and truly realize educational equity;Thirdly,home-school cooperation to build a defensive line against bullying on campus, defuse aggression and escape. This includes building an intelligent network platform and broadening home-school communication channels.Distribute parent guidance materials and train parents to deal with bullying incidents;Fourth, experience moral emotion and cultivate the ability of empathy of bystanders. This includes paying attention to expression observation and developing students' sensitivity to others' facial expressions.Role play, increase the empathy of students experience, feel the joy of helping others.Circulate and write the class diary to strengthen the construction of class culture.Organize "protection" activities to increase students' desire for protection.According to the survey results, from the
