Herbart,an educator,said,"It is impossible to teach any subject without persistent and gentle grasp of the reins of management." It can be seen that the quality of classroom management is very important to achieve the desired classroom effect.A qualified teacher of Chinese as a foreign language should not only have a solid knowledge of Chinese,understand the rich and colorful classroom activities,but also have the ability to control the classroom.The classroom learning atmosphere advocated at this stage is student-centered,through good classroom organization and guidance of teachers,to stimulate students' learning initiative and enthusiasm in classroom activities.Indonesian junior high school students are quite different from Chinese junior high school students in personality characteristics,language learning background,learning motivation and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt certain management methods in combination with students themselves.From the perspective of Indonesian national conditions,this paper focuses on the needs and characteristics of students,strives to obtain effective classroom management inspiration,and hopes to provide some reference for the improvement of Chinese teachers' teaching management skills.The research object of this paper is the third grade students of Pahoa School in Indonesia.This paper mainly adopts the method of case analysis,combines the current situation of Chinese classroom management at home and abroad,and selects the real cases of Pahoa School classroom to analyze and attribution specific problems,in order to find the most suitable Chinese classroom management strategy for Indonesian middle school students.The introduction part of this paper states the research background,research significance,research methods and related concepts of the topic;the second chapter mainly discusses the current situation of case analysis ofChinese classroom management at home and abroad,and uses previous theories to expand research ideas;the third chapter starts with the actual cases of Chinese classroom of students in Pahoa School,sorting out classroom discipline,classroom conflict,classroom atmosphere and sudden occurrence.Four aspects of the event are described and analyzed in detail,in order to restore the real scene of teaching management;Chapter IV,according to the inspiration attribution of the real case,find out the real reasons for the problems of classroom management in Pahoa;Finally,combined with the full text of classroom management,put forward effective strategies,in order to make the conclusions of the article more comprehensive and more practical.Finally,I will make a summary combining with the content of the full text,put forward the shortcomings of the article,and make a reasonable outlook for the future development of middle school students' Chinese teaching classroom management.
