Classroom management is an important part of the new curriculum reform process.With the pioneering ideas of educators and the unremitting efforts of frontline teachers,classroom management has developed a new trend and is adapting to our new curriculum reform philosophy.Frontline teachers have important reference significance.However,there is still a traditional teacher-centered control and maintenance classroom in the front line of our education.Such classroom management methods have long been unable to adapt to the new curriculum reform concept.Based on such deficiencies,the author draws on the theory of constructivism and discusses the management strategies of classroom management.The traditional classroom management concept is based on teachers,The concept of constructivism is to take students as the main body,put students in a free and democratic classroom environment,and actively promote the growth of students.This development concept provides classroom management.New concept.Based on the constructivist concept guidance and the current situation of classroom management,the author proposes relevant classroom management strategies.The introduction of the new classroom management strategy can not only be used as a supplement to the educational concept,but also provide reference for the majority of frontline teachers.In order to explore the feasibility of the application of constructivism in classroom management,the author has combed the theory of classroom management at the theoretical level,and has a comprehensive understanding of the research trend.In the classroom management concept,the subjectivity of the educated Gradually get attention.In the classroom management environment,from focusing on control to focusing on guiding development.In the growth of classroom management,from focusing on the achievement of control objectives to focusing on the growth of classroom growth.The overall trend is approaching the new curriculum.Based on the current situation of classroom management concepts,the author has begun to explore the practical level.At the practical level,through the classroom observation and interview,I obtained the first-line data and analyzed some problems in the Chinese classroom management of junior high school,including the lack of adequate construction of the Chinese language classroom management concept,the unreasonable construction of the classroom management environment,and the lack of classroom management.Then analyze the factors in the classroom management,including the teacher's new classroom management concept is not constructed,the teacher's classroom management ability is weak,and the teacher's adaptability is not strong enough.After fully understanding the current situation of junior middle school language classroom management,classroom management revolves around constructivism.The theoretical overview and the constructive theory of the junior middle school Chinese teacher classroom management,the proposed classroom management strategy,including four parts:junior high school Chinese classroom management task-driven strategy,junior high school Chinese classroom management environment construction strategy,junior high school Chinese classroom management interpersonal relationship Type strategy,junior high school language classroom management loop feedback strategy.From the concept and practice,the corresponding strategies are given,which is believed to have certain reference significance for frontline teachers.
