In recent years,with the development of our social economy and the accelerating rhythm of life,domestic physical health of teenagers is showing a trend of gradual decline.The development of modern science and technology and the deterioration of the learning task,make the students engaging in sports activities gradually reduce,and physical health of students decline more and more seriously,in the long run,it will inevitably lead to the students' sports ability reduce even degradate,then have an adverse effect on the normal development of our country.As an important place for students to engage in sports activities,school has a great responsibility to enhance the physical health of teenagers.The main task of school sports is to ensure that students can obtain sufficient sports load and intensity in sports activities,so as to achieve the effect of physical exercise and protect students' physical health.In order to understand the exercise effect of different sports activities on campus,this study aims to analyze the specific situation of students' participation in sports activities in junior high school affiliated to Hebei normal university,and finds out the specific situation and existing problems of students.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,field survey method,measurement method and other research methods to investigate and measure the middle school students of the middle school affiliated to Hebei Normal University.The specific situation and problems about that students participate in physical education classes,extracurricular sports activities,and major classes.of sports activities were analyzed and discussed.Through investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the basic characteristics of junior middle school students' participation in three different kinds of sports activities on campus are as follows:From the perspective of time characteristics: among the three kinds of physical activities that students participate in,the maximum total time of physical activity per week is 120minutes(2*60),followed by 50 minutes(10* 5,2 *33)for physical activities during the break and 66 minutes(10* 5,2 *33).The longest average time of physical activity per week was 60 minutes of extracurricular physical activity,followed by 33 minutes of physical education and10 minutes of physical activity between classes.In terms of the total length of time,there is not more differences between big class breaks and physical education activities.No matter from average time or total time,physical education is in the middle.From the perspective of load characteristics,different physical activities show different load characteristics.The average load intensity of extracurricular physical activities was141.78±7.719 times/min,and the maximum heart rate was 170.29±9.712 times/min.The average load intensity of PE class was 122.43±7.118 times/min,and the maximum heart rate was 162.97±11.712 times/min.The average load intensity of physical activity during the big break was 114.17±8.098 times/min,and the maximum heart rate was 119.81±8.047 times/min.Among the three kinds of sports activities,extracurricular sports activities have the largest sports load and the maximum exercise load stimulation.From the perspective of project characteristics,due to the different tasks assigned to the three kinds of physical activities,there are great differences in the choice of activities and exercise items.Physical education courses are mainly based on physical fitness training of physical examination content in the teaching syllabus formulated by the school.Due to the short time between classes,and a number of people,show a strong unity,just running,single content.Students are more selective in extracurricular sports activities,mainly in running,ball games and other sports they like.Students ' subjective feeling characteristics: the results of the survey on students 'subjective feelings show that the subjective influence of three kinds of sports activities on students is also different: students have a more positive attitude towards three kinds of activities,but they have different feelings for different sports activities,and students 'subjective feelings about extracurricular sports activities are better than physical education classes and large recess activities.Among them,students prefer this activity because of the diversity of extracurricular activities and their own choice.Physical education is a necessary activity for students to take part in physical education and exercise,but because of the need of physical education,the students concerned pay more attention to the content and examination in class.The big recess activity is the student exercises every day,because his exercise is short,the content is single,the movement form does not change,therefore the student Unionfeels boring,and the interest to this activity is less.Advice:In PE class,teachers should intensive more practice,pay attention to students ' wishes in project selection,increase students ' frequency of exercise,increase the load of student movement,and improve the effect of students ' exercise.In extracurricular sports activities,students should make full use of extracurricular time for exercise,the school can guide and plan the time and project of student movement,increase the load of student movement,improve the quality of exercise.Large recess requires the development of ball and quality classes and other sports,to avoid a single form and project,while improving the effective time of exercise in the exercise load.According to the characteristics of students,hobbies and exercise effect,strengthen the construction of school sports facilities,expand students ' favorite sports,enhance the learning of student student skills,at the same time can carry out a variety of sports forms of exercise.Class exercises according to the season appropriate change of activity form;extracurricular sports activities in the process of students exercise can be opened in the second classroom teaching,to provide a certain amount of teacher guidance,so that students ' exercise tends to be systematized,in order to achieve the effect of exercise.
