With the rapid development of society,and the deep integration of information technology and education,the learning styles of students at all levels have undergone subversive changes.Under the background of the Ministry of Education's research and formulation of the Action Plan of Education Informatization 2.0 in 2018,the virtual experiment is no longer limited to higher education,but and it is introduced into the education and teaching of middle school in the shape of many kinds of more mature forms.Based on this background,this paper constructs a virtual experimental platform suitable for middle school teaching.Under the guidance of pedagogical principles,this paper explores the hybrid teaching mode which combines traditional experimental teaching with the virtual experimental teaching.The virtual experiment platform has a humanized operation interface,good cross-platform characteristics,high scalability,realistic experimental environment and standard experimental operation process,which can meet the needs of personalized self-inquiry experiments.According to these characteristics,this paper uses the experimental design based on knowledge atlas to characterize the teaching tasks,to help students effectively organize,optimize and integrate learning content.The platform framework based on C/S+B/S mode and its cross-platform characteristics are used to realize seamless connection with mobile terminals.Breaking through the constraints of traditional virtual experiment platform on time,location,equipment and other conditions,mobile terminals can participate in the learning and operation exercises of experimental courses anytime and anywhere.At the same time,using Unity3D's good performance of virtual reality,strong interaction and multi-carrier compatibility,the constructed three-dimensional experimental environment and equipment are closer to the real experimental scene.In the aspect of communication,Ajax asynchronous request mechanism is used to communicate with the server,to obtain data according to need,and to reduce the burden of response and redundant requests on the server.Through the integration of the above modules,the virtual experiment platform based on Unity3 D is completed.Through software debugging and testing,the system has been applied in Sangzao Middle School of Mianyang City.After testing,it has been measured by questionnaire,effect evaluation,user virtual experiment test,teaching goal test and satisfaction test.From the evaluation effect,students' learning enthusiasm has been significantly improved and knowledge points have been evaluated.Mastery is more solid,and academic achievements have been greatly improved.The virtual laboratory system based on Unity3 D built in this paper can play an assistant and supplementary role in education and teaching for schools in developed areas or cities.Schools in areas where laboratory equipment is underdeveloped can partly replace real experiments and help complete the task of experimental teaching to the greatest extent.Next,the experiment content and interface optimization will be further expanded to meet the needs of students in different grades.
