Through experimental intervention, this paper studies the effect of 42-style Taijiquan exercise on executive function EEG characteristics of male college students, explores the physiological mechanism changes of functional brain areas, and provides theoretical basis for explaining the influence of Taijiquan on executive function. How to make college students avoid or eliminate psychological stress, psychological crisis or psychological obstacles caused by various psychological pressures, and improve their mental and physical health, with a positive and normal psychological state to adapt to the current and developing social environment as the research objective. In this study,40 male college non-sports majors aged 18-22 years without obesity, weight loss, disease, exercise habits and the basis of Taijiquan training were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received 42-style Taijiquan systematic teaching and training for 10 weeks, three times a week, two hours each time. The experiment uses E-prime programming software to compile the executive function task program(Flanker inhibition function test,1-back refresh function test,More-odd shift conversion function test),EEG data acquisition part: using B-P(BRAINISION POWERSUPPLY,abbreviated as B-P.)EEG test analyzer(Germany)to test and analyze P300.Executive function data(response time, correct rate)and EEG P300 data(latency, peak value)are the main evaluation indicators for evaluating 42-style Taijiquan.P < 0.05 was the significant level with statistical significance. The results showed that 42-style Taijiquan exercises had a certain effect on the executive function of male college students.Although the function of restraining and refreshing was not obvious in the reaction time, the experimental group had a significant improvement in the conversion function compared with the control group in the reaction time(P < 0.005),indicating that the promotion effect of Taijiquan exercises on the conversion of functional components was obvious.EEG topographic maps and P300 data(latency, peak)analysis showed significant differences. The main manifestations were that the latency of mobilization of P300 components of EEG was significantly earlier and the peak value was lower when the experimental group completed the three tasks of function.Image color development was close to the middle of the color card, and latency reflected the attention resources invested in stimulation that could cause memory representation updating.Previous studies have shown that physiological mechanisms are more responsive to the functional performance of subjects. Conclusion: As a chronic aerobic exercise,Taijiquan has a certain effect on executive function, mainly in the aspect of conversion function.Taijiquan exercises in the experimental group have a positive effect on executive brain activation, which improves the level and scope of executive brain activation, and helps to improve concentration, attention, sustainability and cognitive function.
