The Executive Function is an advanced control mechanism which helps individuals to handle the difficult circumstances and the synthetically cognitive tasks in order to behave coordinately and with high goals. The effects came to the public’s eyes recently, and attracted the scholar attention. It can help people to deal with the cognitive assignment, improve the level of executive function of the persons with brain damage and remit the condition of the psychopath. The defect of it will bring out the terrible behavior in such areas as: cognitive judgment, abstract thinking, decision-making capacity and the ability of feedback. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the aerobic exercise(24 Simplified Taijiquan Exercise) on the executive function performance and offer the public a more effective 24 Simplified Taijiquan Exercise plan which can also promote the condition of their physical health and the mental health.Were selected randomly in School of Graduate,Tianjin University of Sport students control group and the experimental group with 24 in each group. In each group and for men and women in each group, each group of 12 people, the experimental group for a period of 8 weeks of 24 Simplified Taijiquan Exercise intervention, the control group did not receive any form of exercise intervention. Before the experiment, fifth weeks and ninth weeks respectively for the control group and the experimental group of three executive function tests. With E-PRIME1.1 as the carrier to the flanker task, 2-back task, More odd shifting into three sub function measurement paradigm were measured and executive function: inhibition function, transfer function, refresh function.The results showed that:(1) inhibition function: test scores in that male and female college students group 8 weeks group scores significantly better than 4 weeks group(P < 0.001), is to improve the female college students was better than that of male university students(P < 0.001); 8 weeks results along with the continually improvement of exercise time increased(P < 0.001). 4 weeks Shigan expected accomplishments significantly enhanced(P < 0.001). The blank control group three test had no difference.(2) refresh function: after test results, 8 weeks performed significantly better than 4 weeks scores(P < 0.001), male students improved significantly than that of female students, difference is obvious; dry expected 4 weeks ago scores significantly enhance(P < 0.001). After 4 weeks performance has improved, but enhanced obviously not. There was no difference between the three test scores in the blank control group.(3) conversion function: test scores, 8 weeks score is better than 4 weeks scores(P < 0.001), male students improved slightly better than that of female students, but difference is not significant; dry expected 4 weeks ago scores significantly enhance(P < 0.001). After 4 weeks performance has improved, but enhanced is not obvious. The blank control group three test scores had no significant difference.From the conclusions drawn from the above conclusions, it is concluded that: Twenty-four Simplified Taijiquan exercise can effectively improve the suppression function of male and female college students, and refresh the function and the conversion function. Inhibition function with 24 Simplified Taijiquan exercise duration increased and sustained enhancement and the girls are significantly better than boys; male college students for the movement to change the executive function refresh the effect of sub function with time is better than that of female students, and has stronger; and the conversion function between men and women improved, there were no significant differences in the, just changes in the level of the individual achievement; and each sub function test of four weeks to improve the situation is better in around to improve the situation.
