Study On The Countermeasures To The Problems Of Psychological Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

The objective of talents cultivation in vocational colleges is to cultivate highly skilled professionals with comprehensive ability in an all-round way for the society.With the rapid development of economy,the requirements for the quality of talents of the society become higher and higher.Only those professional and skilled personnel with good physical health and psychological quality can better adapt to the needs of social development and meet the demands of social competition as well.The mental health education of vocational colleges started late in China,therefore the mental health education has made little progress.On the basis of this kind of situation,it is of great significance to strengthen the psychological health education of vocational college students and cultivate talents with good mental quality.According to the freshmen psychological test data of Guangdong S vocational college in 2016 and 2017,students with obvious psychological problems account for 20% and 21%,respectively,which indicates that the psychological problems of students in Guangdong S vocational college are relatively prominent and more students need to pay more attention to.In fully touch bottom,on the basis of students' psychological health level,through the questionnaire and special interview,summed up the problems of psychological health education in Guangdong S vocational colleges education,mainly including a single poor form,poor education effectiveness,teaching staff,cultural construction and consulting service system,the effectiveness of mental health education mainly reflects in psychological activity,crisis identification and group counseling.On the basis of the rich practical experience in student work and psychological education,the paper puts forward countermeasures on mainly five parts,including improving the work system of mental health education?enhancing teachers' development?increasing the funding inputs?strengthening the campus culture construction of mental health education and improving advisory services.The countermeasures in students' psychological health education may help to upgrade the substantial results in this college,which also may have a big chance to be used for the references by other vocational colleges.
