As China has entered a new stage of development,industrial upgrading and adjustment of economic structure have been accelerating,the requirements for technical and skilled talents in various industries have been increasing,and the important position and role of vocational education have become increasingly prominent.However,compared with developed countries,China' s current vocational education system is difficult to meet the requirements of building a modern economic system and building a strong education country.There are still insufficient incentives for enterprises to participate,rules and regulations are imperfect,and the level of talent training is uneven.These problems need to be solved by deepening the integration of production and education and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation.The integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation are important for training vocational education talents.These are necessary methods to realize the modernization of vocational education and are also effective means to improve the development model of vocational education which play a vital role in the development of regional economic society.In order to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talents,create regional talent dividends,and modernize Yunnan vocational education,Yunnan will deepen the integration of production and education and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation in a strategic position of primary development,and launch corresponding theoretical research and practical exploration.After long-term research and exploration,Yunnan's vocational education,production and education integration,school-enterprise cooperation has achieved certain results,and gained experiences that can be learned and promoted.Nevertheless,compared with the developed regions,the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation are insufficient which are difficult to serve the economic and social development of Yunnan.In order to further solve the problems of the integration of Yunnan vocationaleducation industry and education,school and enterprise cooperation integration is not deep,shallow level,promote the modern development of Yunnan vocational education.The author on the basis of mechanism design theory,teaching fusion theory and stakeholder theory to find out the vocational education teaching fusion,university-enterprise cooperation mechanism is divided into the main body,objectives,structure,responsibilities,and operation condition of six elements,on the basis of the research of Yunnan vocational education fusion and collaborative fusion between production and education mode,symbiotic integration mode,associated fusion method and the endogenous fusion way four fusion method and field work,ordering cultivation,modern apprentice system,guide enterprises enrolled,construction of practice bases,group education,vocational education park,schools,factories and enterprises the realization of the nine kinds of forms of cooperation mechanism,Analysis of Yunnan vocational education teaching fusion,university-enterprise cooperation mechanism of the existing problems,draw lessons from the developed countr:ies and regions of vocational education teaching fusion,university-enterprise cooperation mechanism optimization related experience,from the relationship between power and responsibility,function distribution and operational mechanism three aspects to try to optimize vocational education in Yunnan fusion,university-enterprise cooperation mechanism,production and education in Yunnan vocational education teaching fusion,the construction of university-enterprise cooperation mechanism provides referential exper:ience which can be promoted.
