The core accomplishment refers to the essential character and the key ability that the student should have,can adapt to the life-long development and the social development need,the comprehensive performance is the nine major accomplishment,including: the social responsibility,the national identity,the international understanding;Humanities,scientific spirit,aesthetic interest;physical and mental health,learn to learn,practice innovation.In order to cultivate students' core accomplishment of discipline,teachers are required to achieve corresponding professional development,improve their own quality,master the necessary character and ability,and achieve the growth of quality,quantity and structure in the aspect of professional knowledge.At the same time,we should realize the development of teaching design ability,organization management ability and teaching communication ability.Ideological politics The core qualities of the family include the political identity,the scientific spirit,the consciousness of the rule of law and the public participation.The core accomplishment of the four aspects of the ideological and political course puts forward new requirements for senior high school teachers in the aspects of political identity,family feelings,mode of thinking,vision,self-discipline,personality and so on.Based on these requirements,there are the following problems in the quality of senior high school teachers: the lack of political belief,the relative lack of family and national feelings,the old way of thinking,and the relative lack of international vision.Strict self-discipline still has a gap and noble personality needs to be improved.The reasons for these problems are as follows: the influence of social environment on schools and teachers,the rise of teachers' professional utilitarianism,the teachers' strong awareness of the role of leaders,and the lack of awareness of their role.The tradition of education hinders the cultivation of students' core literacy,teachers fail to improve their own morals,qualities and abilities according to the requirements of core literacy,and schools fail to promote the matching of teachers' moral qualities and abilities with core qualities,and so on.Therefore,we should renew teachers' view of education and talent,set up the encouraging mechanism of self-improvement of teachers' quality,cultivate the core quality of teachers,enhance the sense of professional honor and professional value of teachers of ideological and political education,promote theteachers' sense of professional honor and professional value.To build a good high school ideological and political education and teaching environment.Through these effective measures and means,we can promote the overall improvement of the quality of teachers of ideological and political education,and promote the students' core elements.Foster a full-scale culture.
