| Under the background of the new era,the role of teaching and learning is constantly changing in the field of education.Teachers become listeners to meet the needs of children’s development,and more attention has been paid by the educational circles.Teachers’ listening ability can make the interaction between teachers and children more smooth and teaching activities more effective,both for the all-round development of young children and for the teaching growth of teachers themselves.On this basis,this study takes all the front-line teachers who participate in teaching activities in five kindergartens in Dehui City as the object of study,and investigates the present situation of their listening ability in teaching.Through interview,questionnaire and observation,the author has abtained the research data.Through the analysis of the current situation of teachers’ listening ability,it is concluded that the existing problems of preschool teachers’ teaching listening ability are contained four aspects.For example,easy to distract the attention of teaching listening;lack of listening comprehension;lack of listening evaluation ability;lack of listening empathy ability.Further study found that the problem of listening ability lies in teachers themselves and kindergarten.First,about the teacher level: lack of theoretical support for teachers’ listening practice;lack of listening skills,and lack of teachers’ control of activities;teachers’ listening to presupposition,light generation;Lack of patience among teachers and lack of perspective for young children;Teachers confuse the concepts of "listening" and "listening" and mistakenly recognize their listening abilities.Secondly,kindergarten level: lack of listening training and learning platform for listening education;lack of discussion of listening children inteaching and research.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons of teaching listening ability,the author puts forward some strategies to improve the listening ability of teaching according to the theory of dialogue teaching.Teachers’ self-improvement strategies include strengthening listening theory learning,actively closing the listening distance with young children,persisting in writing listening reflection records,grasping the focus of listening content in the design of activities,and patiently guiding young children.Kindergarten is based on "Internet education" to enrich the form of listening education,to strengthen the role of teachers as "listener",to highlight the status of child subject;In order to help preschool teachers to improve their listening ability,a garden-based teaching and research platform with listening as the main content is set up. |
