Evidence-based teaching decision making is an important teaching technique.The scientificity of teaching decision is the key of teaching behavior.Whether teachers make decisions based on evidence in different stages of teaching and how teachers make scientific teaching decisions based on evidence are issues worth pondering.This paper takes primary and secondary school teachers as the research object,from the perspective of evidence,through the analysis of the teaching decision-making process of teachers,discusses the scientific problem of teaching decision-making that teachers should have.By using the methods of literature research,interview and classroom observation,this paper points out the problems faced by primary and secondary school teachers in their teaching decisions by combining theory with practice,and puts forward relevant optimization Suggestions.The paper is divided into five parts,the specific framework is as follows:The first part,introduction.This paper mainly introduces the origin of the problem,the research status at home and abroad,the research objectives and methods,and the definition of the concept.The second part,theoretical analysis.This paper analyzes the necessity and possible path of the optimization of teachers' teaching decision-making behavior,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis to lay a foundation for the transformation of teaching decision-making.The third part,investigation and analysis.Through classroom observation and interview,the present situation of teaching decision-making behavior of primary and secondary school teachers was investigated.From the teaching plan decision,the teaching interaction decision,the teaching appraisal decision aspect presents the elementary and middle school teacher to have the question in the teaching decision,and from the group evidence view environment closure,the personal experience habitual habit,the teaching decision behavior rupture three aspects to make the attribution.The fourth part,the superiority and available conditions of evidence-based teaching decision-making behavior.This paper discusses theoretically the advantages and the available conditions of evidence-based teaching decision-making behavior.The fifth part,teaching decision-making behavior optimization conception based on evidence.From reversing the orientation of teaching objectives,changing from faithfulness to creativity,improving individual experience with evidence,improving teachers' teaching decision-making ability,rebuilding teaching evaluation view,and highlighting the process,development and performance,this paper puts forward the optimization idea.
