times.However,the status quo of rule of law education in college students is worrying.Because of the young and immature rule of law education itself,the study of the theory of rule of law education still has some weak links on some issues,and it is not a good theory to practice the rule of law education of college students.Support,although the rule of law education has been incorporated into the system of ideological and political education,the rule of law education and ideological and political education have not been truly and effectively integrated,which has become an important factor restricting the development of rule of law education for college students.As the core premise of optimizing and promoting the ideological and political education of college students,how to give full play to the important role of the construction of the rule of law culture of college students and highlight its special status among college students is an important issue that must be considered to realize the ideological and political education of college students keeping pace with The Times.We need to face up to the current stage of China’s college students in the construction of the rule of law culture in the process of a series of problems,of course,this is not related to China’s rule of law culture is still in the development stage,it is because of its own immaturity that the construction of the rule of law culture of college students in both practice and theory need to be further optimized and improved.At present,the practice of legal culture construction of college students in China lacks strong theoretical guidance.Although it has been incorporated into the ideological and political education system of college students,there is still a disconnect between ideological and political education and legal culture education,which greatly affects the development of legal culture education of college students in China.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the Symposium of School Ideological and Political Theory Teachers,from the overall situation of the development of the party and the state,profoundly expounded the great significance of running a good ideological and political course,and clearly proposed the use of Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The major tasks of cultivating souls and educating people and the major requirements for promoting the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses have pointed out the direction and provided important follow-up for us to promote the construction of ideological and political courses.However,the implementation of rule of law education for college students has not been integrated with ideological and political education.This has become a bottleneck restricting the effectiveness of college students’ rule of law education.The academic circles have less research on this issue.This paper combines the status quo of rule of law education in college students,starts from the status and implementation of rule of law education,analyzes the causes of problems in rule of law education,finds out the crux of rule education without real integration into ideological and political education,and demonstrates the rule of law education and ideological politics of college students The importance,necessity and feasibility of education re-integration;put forward the basic ideas of using the principles,theories and methods of ideological and political education to guide the implementation of rule of law education for college students,with a view to changing the status quo of rule of law education for college students.This study is based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of College Students’ legal culture education in our country,from the perspective of the practice and status of College Students’ legal culture,to find out the existing problems and causes,and relying on the relevant theoretical research results in academia,to make a detailed analysis of the specific reasons why college students’ legal culture has not fully integrated with the ideological and political education system.Taking the "three characteristics" of the reintegration of Ideological and political education and legal culture education of college students as the breakthrough point,this paper puts forward the mature and systematic principles and methods of Ideological and political education from different perspectives,which can provide theoretical basis for guiding the practice of legal culture education of College students,hoping to contribute to further optimizing and improving the present situation of legal culture education of college students in China. |
