Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the education of the rule by law,made an overall plan for the education of the rule by law from the strategic height of the comprehensively implement the rule by law,integrated the education of the rule by law into the National Education System,and set up the ethics and rule by law course from the stage of compulsory education.Education related to the rule by law has become an important part of the ideological and political courses in universities,secondary and primary schools,which runs through the whole process of ideological and political course in universities,secondary schools and primary schools.The concept and the awareness of the rule by law have become the core qualities of the ideological and political course,which have been fully integrated into the curriculum objectives of the ideological and political course.The integration of education related to the rule by law plays an important role in the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,secondary and primary schools,and plays an important role in promoting the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,secondary and primary schools.The complexity and dynamics of the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,secondary schools and primary schools determine that the integration of education related to the rule by law in ideological and political courses in universities,secondary and primary schools must be a systematic project.Promoting the integration of education related to the rule by law in ideological and political courses in universities,secondary and primary schools require the guidance of Marxist philosophy,system theory and Piaget’s cognitive development theory,as well as the overall planning of internal elements such as objectives,contents,methods and evaluation from top to bottom.Starting from the macro level,the party and the state plan the objectives,contents,methods,evaluation and other elements of education related to the rule by law as a whole,and clarify the implementation requirements of the integration of ideological and political education in universities,secondary schools and primary schools,that is,the objectives of the rule of law education reflect the stages and cohesion,the contents of education related to the rule by law reflect the coherence and hierarchy,the methods of education related to the rule by law reflect the diversity and integration,and the evaluation of education related to the rule by law reflects the diversity and process.There are always difficulties and challenges in the process of implementing the requirements of the integration of ideological and political education in universities,secondary schools and primary schools.Influenced by the examination-oriented education system,teacher resources,evaluation mechanism and other factors,there is a deviation between the implementation requirements and the actual promotion.The integration of education related to the rule by law in ideological and political courses in universities,secondary and primary schools is faced with the practical dilemma of poor connection of teaching objectives,unclear stage of teaching contents,insufficient integration of teaching methods and unreasonable teaching evaluations.In view of the practical problems of the integration of ideological and political education in universities,secondary schools and primary schools,we should explore optimization strategies.Strengthen the guarantee of organization,material and teachers,improve the guarantee mechanism of the integration of education related to the rule by law in ideological and political courses in universities,secondary schools and primary schools.Build an integrated teaching system of the integration of education related to the rule by law in ideological and political courses in universities,secondary schools and primary schools,plan the teaching objectives of education related to the rule by law,three-dimensional design the teaching contents of education related to the rule by law,and jointly apply the teaching methods of education related to the rule by law.Improve the integrated evaluation mechanism of the integration of education related to the rule by law in ideological and political courses in universities,secondary schools and primary schools,formulate overall and coordinated evaluation standards,build a diversified and integrated evaluation mechanism,and build an evaluation mechanism combining dynamic and static.
