| Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The modernization of the Chinese rule of law has set the development direction for the comprehensive rule of law and the construction of China under the rule of law.As a fundamental project for consolidating the construction of a rule of law society,the position of rule of law education has been further enhanced.The ethics and rule of law in junior high school and the ideological and political courses in senior high school are the main position and channel of the rule of law education for middle school students,playing an important role in improving the literacy of the rule of law among young people,enhancing the concept and legal belief in the rule of law,and building a solid foundation for the rule of law in an all.However,at present,there are problems such as incoherent vertical connection and insufficient horizontal connection in the teaching content of rule of law education in middle schools,which to a certain extent hinders the effective implementation of rule of law education and the deepening reform of ideological and political curriculum content.Therefore,the connection research of the teaching content of the rule of law education in junior and senior high school based on the integration of ideological and political courses is a key link in coordinating and promoting the integration of the construction of ideological and political courses in middle schools.It aims to enrich the theoretical research of the teaching content of the rule of law education in middle schools,applying it to the teaching practice.The due meaning of the integrated construction process is also an inevitable requirement for implementing the strategic layout of comprehensively governing the country according to law and building the rule of law in China.Based on the integration of ideological and political courses,the research on the teaching content of the rule of law education in junior and senior high school uses the literature research method,text analysis method,comparative analysis method,questionnaire and interview investigation method,taking the integrated construction of large,medium and small ideological and political courses as an important goal orientation,clarifies the core concepts of middle school rule of law Basics and importance.Then,relying on curriculum standards and textbooks,we will conduct a comparative study on the teaching content of the rule of law education in junior and senior high schools,including textbook content analysis,teaching goal setting and teaching method selection;combining with questionnaires and interview survey data,exploring the positive achievements and still existing problems in the integration of legal education teaching content in junior and senior high schools.Finally,explore the measures to optimize the teaching content of the rule of law education from the aspects of optimizing the connection of the teaching in junior and senior high schools,improving the main literacy of the connection of the teaching content of the rule of law education in junior and senior high schools,and strengthening the guarantee mechanism of strengthening the teaching connection of the rule of law education in junior and senior,and combining it with the lesson example of "Fundamental Political System" to demonstrate and apply it to the teaching practice of ideological and political courses in middle schools.The innovation point of the research mainly lies in obtaining the achievements in the curriculum standards and textbooks of the teaching content connection of rule of law education in junior and high schools through comparative analysis of texts.By combining questionnaire surveys and interviews,it is clear that there are still problems in the connection between the teaching content of rule of law education in primary and secondary schools.Based on theoretical research and survey data,targeted optimization measures are proposed and implemented in specific teaching cases. |
