The Research On Service Quality Evaluation Of Children's Social Work Organization

Nowadays,social work institutions and social work talents have become the strong support for building a harmonious society.With the development of the social work institutions and the industry,how to scientifically evaluate its service quality has become a vital problem in practice research.Moreover,children's social work organizations account for relatively large amount in social work institutions which become increasingly essential.Therefore,how to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system to evaluate the service quality of children's social work organizations has become one of the key issues in practice.Under this background,this paper explores the evaluation of service quality of children's social work institutions.The paper firstly makes a detailed questionnaire survey and statistical analysis on the status quo,influencing factors and problems of the service quality of children's social work institutions in China.On this basis,this paper designs an index system for evaluating the service quality of children's social work institutions,and further designs the weighting methods and judging criteria of the index system.Afterwards,the paper takes S institutions as an example and conducts detailed interview analysis with the questionnaire survey.What's more,the service quality of S institutions was scored by the indicators frame of service quality evaluation that the paper had designed.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the applicability of improving the service quality of children's social work institutions in China.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the factors affecting the service quality of children's social work institutions are in descending order of importance: the design and improvement of institutional service items,the comprehensive service quality of institutions,the evaluations and reactions of society to institutions,the level and ability of employees,the performance evaluations of institutional service quality,the design and improvement of internal quality control system,the effectiveness of staff training and implementation,the employee participation in total service quality management,the management level and recognition degree of senior managers.Second,the shortage of talents and funds is the key external bottleneck affecting the service quality of children's social work institutions.Correspondingly,the key internal bottlenecks affecting the service quality of children's social work institutions are the lack of skills training for institutional staff,the absenceof institutional quality management system and internal control system and the vague long-term strategy.Third,the service quality evaluation system of children's social work institutions designed in this paper includes three parts: index system,standard of criterion,weight setting and data normalization processing method.The case analysis proves that this system has strong applicability,in other words,the service quality evaluation system of children's social work institutions designed in this paper has widespread application and extended value.Fourth,in order to effectively promote the service quality of children's social work institutions in China,the government should increase financial investment,improve the treatment of social work talents and strive to build an official service quality evaluation mechanism.Social work organizations should form a scientific professional echelon and promote the diversification of project designs.What's more,they also need to improve the cognition degree of social work organizations and strengthen the construction of the internal control mechanism as well.Besides,the individuals of social work talents should intensify the service consciousness and enhance their professional standards.On the whole,the main contribution of the paper includes: Firstly,this paper conducts a scientific research on the factors affecting the service quality of children's social work institutions and these findings are helpful to guide practice.Secondly,this paper designs an evaluation system of service quality of children's social work institutions,which has certain applicability for promotion.
