Research On The Practical Mode Of Social Work Supervision From The Perspective Of Service Quality

The social work in Shenzhen has gone through a decade of rapid development.While professional development is being achieved,under the influence of new managerialism,the government and the public have held accountability for the responsibility,efficiency and service quality of social services.However,the concept of social service quality is still relatively uncommon in the field of social services in Shenzhen,and the response to the accountability for service quality is arrogant.As an important part of Shenzhen's social workforce,indirect service providers and enablers,social work supervisors,setthe "initial goal" of social work supervision as "providing satisfactory service." In practice in Shenzhen,social work supervision gradually deviates from the "beginning of heart." Therefore,this case study mainly focuses on the current status of social service quality in Shenzhen,as well as the elements of social work supervision that affect the quality of service,so as to build an empowerment social work supervision model.In addition,this research has studied the effectiveness of the empowerment social work supervision model by the action research.The main contents of this research are as follows: First,the research on the service quality of social work organizations is in the preliminary stage,and there is some imbalance between the service quality dimensions.Second,the professional competence factor,administrative monitoring factor,mediation factor and adaptability factor are the factors that social work supervision affects the service quality.Third,the empowerment social work supervision model achieves the intervention of enhancing service quality mainly through the four levels empowerment of self,individual,interpersonal and environment.Fourthly,the empowerment social work supervision model can have a certain impact on the quality of social services in practice.
