| Township(street)social workstations are an important part of innovative practice in social grassroots governance,and a key link in the implementation of the “last meter” of grassroots civil affairs policies to serve the people.Township(street)social workstation is an important project rooted in the local area by signing an agreement with the town(street)by purchasing services from the government,and professional social work or social organizations provide bottom-line services.In the advantageous environment of vigorous policy promotion,while the development of township(street)social workstations across the country,high-quality development has also become the theme of this new era.Great attention.The construction of township(street)social workstations has almost completed the stage from "no" to "existent",and how to go from "existent" to "good" is an important theme for the high-quality development of social workstations.At this stage,the picture of the high-quality development of social workstation services in townships(streets)in my country has not yet been fully presented,and there are few practices to improve service quality and there are obvious problems.By reading literature and policy documents,this paper sorts out the relevant concepts and theories on the improvement of the service quality of township(street)social workstations,and summarizes the research status of social co-work service quality at home and abroad over the years.The research results related to quality management have laid the theoretical foundation and ideas for this paper.Taking the township(street)social workstation in R city as the research object,combined with the system theory and total quality management theory as the analysis tool,this paper analyzes the practical progress of the service quality improvement of the township(street)social workstation in R city.This paper discusses the problems and causes of the improvement of the service quality of social workstations from the internal and external aspects,and further puts forward suggestions for improving the service quality of social workstations. |
